Stanley F994C Supercoat closed cell spray foam kit provides a high-performance, two-component polyurethane foam spray solution, designed primarily for professional contractors. Available in 600 board feet spray foam coverage kit (2 canisters), this product  delivers exceptional insulation and air sealing capabilities. The Class A fire rated Stanley F994C ensures excellent fire resistance (ASTM E84) while upholding environmental responsibility by eliminating ozone-depleting chemicals. These spray foam insulation canisters effectively block air infiltration, moisture, dust, allergens, and pests, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency.

Application Areas:

• Seals and insulates wall cavities, cracks, penetrations, and picture framing.
• Suitable for interior and exterior insulation projects such as attics, crawl spaces, basements, and general construction.

How to Use:

• Safety Precautions: Use in well-ventilated spaces, wear appropriate PPE (coveralls, gloves, goggles, respirator).
• Surface & Kit Preparation: Ensure surfaces and cylinders are between 75-85°F (24-29°C). Shake cylinders thoroughly for 3 minutes before use.
• Foam Application: Prepare spray foam insulation kit for use. Attach hoses correctly (blue hose to polyol, red to isocyanate). Spray foam in 1-2 inch layers from a distance of 6-22 inches (15-56 cm). Replace nozzle if spraying is paused for more than 30 seconds. Allow foam layers to cure for 5-10 minutes before adding more.
• Cleanup & Storage: Clean dispensing nozzle and gun immediately after use with Stanley foam cleaner (included). Store cylinders upright in cool, dry conditions and use within 30 days.
