Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Please note: Due to shipping restrictions, canister products classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) require special handling and are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to, spray foam canisters and similar pressurized containers.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@oneclickdiy.com. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide the necessary return address.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oneclickdiy.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including a prepaid shipping label.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oneclickdiy.com.
