At OneClickDIY, our team aims to prepare and ship orders without delay so customers receive their products as quickly as possible. Because fulfillment begins shortly after an order is placed, the ability to cancel an order is limited and depends on its current processing stage.
When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
You may request a cancellation only if your order is still in our warehouse queue and has not been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once an order is shipped or a shipping label has been activated, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return the item according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Fulfillment Timing & Weekend Processing
Business Days (Mon–Fri): Orders placed during the week often enter fulfillment shortly after checkout. Because of this rapid workflow, cancellation opportunities are very limited. If you made a mistake or need to stop the order, please contact us immediately.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders submitted on non-business days are held until the next working day. During this time, cancellation may still be available until the order begins processing on the following morning.
