How to Use

• Safety Precautions: Wear protective gloves and eyewear; ensure proper ventilation and avoid inhaling vapors.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and rust. Slightly dampen surfaces for better adhesion.
• Can Preparation: Keep can temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 86°F (30°C). Ideal temperature is 68°F (20°C).
• Application: Shake can vigorously at least 20 times before use. Securely attach foam can to gun applicator and turn the can upside-down for application. Apply foam in layers, from the bottom upward for vertical gaps, maintaining a 12-18 inches (30-46 cm) distance. Avoid overfilling, as foam expands.
• Tooling & Finishing: Once cured, foam should be protected from UV exposure by painting or plastering.
• Cleaning: Immediately clean fresh foam with Stanley Foam Cleaner. Cured foam requires mechanical removal.
