How to Use

• Safety Precautions: Always wear protective gloves, goggles, and appropriate clothing. Ensure good ventilation during use to avoid inhalation of vapors.
• Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly, ensuring they are dry and free of dust, grease, or contaminants. Slightly dampen surfaces to improve adhesion.
• Product Preparation: Shake the can vigorously for about 20 seconds to ensure even consistency. The ideal temperature for application is 68°F (20°C).
• Application: Attach the straw applicator, invert the can, and apply the foam from bottom to top, allowing space for expansion.
• Curing: The foam will be tack-free in 7 ± 3 minutes, and fully cured in 24 hours. Trim excess foam as needed, and apply a protective coating or paint for additional UV protection.
• Cleaning: Fresh foam residue can be cleaned with foam cleaner; cured foam will need to be removed with mechanical methods.
