How to Use

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease.
• Temperature: Apply between +41°F (5°C) and +104°F (40°C) using a caulk gun for best control and precision.
• Joint Dimensions: The joint depth should be much less than the width, with a minimum size of 0.2 x 0.2 inches (5x5 mm). For wider joints, the depth should be half the width, using a backup material if needed.
• Application: Tool the sealant with light pressure within 5 minutes to ensure it spreads evenly against the joint surfaces.
• Cleaning: Excess uncured sealant can be cleaned with a solvent. Cured sealant should be removed mechanically.
• Joint Widths: Recommended widths are between 0.4 inches (10 mm) and 1.4 inches (35 mm) and , with a width-to-depth ratio of about 2:1.
