• Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate. Use protective gear and ensure good ventilation to avoid inhalation.
• Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly from dust, grease, and contaminants. Slightly dampen surfaces to enhance foam adhesion and expansion.
• Application Temperature: Maintain can temperature between 41 °F (5 °C) and 86 °F (30 °C). If stored outside this range, bring cans to room temperature at least 12 hours before use.
• Application: Shake vigorously before and during use. Use the appropriate nozzle (A for vertical, B for ceiling applications). Apply foam upside down in layers, starting from the bottom upwards.
• Application Tip: Make sure the spray gun and the adapter are fully seated. Otherwise, only gas can come out first and the foam cannot come out when there is no gas inside.
• Cleaning: Uncured foam can be removed with Kraken Bond Foam Cleaner. Cured foam requires mechanical removal.
• Finishing: After full cure, foam can be painted or covered to protect from UV exposure.
• Correct Nozzle Seating: For optimal performance, the Kraken Bond FastCoat nozzle must fit tightly onto the gun tip. Push the nozzle forward with steady pressure until it clicks or stops moving. Always confirm it’s fully seated before starting your application.
