How to Use

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust and grease. Remove any damaged glass.
• Shake Primer: Shake the Polyurethane Windshield Adhesive Primer for at least 30 seconds before application.
• Apply Primer: Apply the primer to the outer edge of the glass where the urethane bond will be made and allow to dry.
• Cut Nozzle: Cut the tip of the nozzle to the desired shape and size to provide a sufficient bead height.
• Application: Apply the adhesive with a pneumatic sealant gun.
• Adhesive Application: Apply Polyurethane Windshield Adhesive directly to the glass.
• Position Glass: Align the masking tape on the glass and car body, then press the glass in place to ensure complete contact with the adhesive.
• Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure properly; it cures with humidity, so adequate air humidity is necessary.
• Clean Up: Clean any wet adhesive with a cloth; once hardened, it can be removed mechanically.
