Stanley S303 Seal & Grab Multifix is a universal all-weather adhesive sealant based on AST polymer technology. It combines silicone sealant and polyurethane sealant properties, delivering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability across many surfaces. This low VOC product meets LEED and SCAQMD standards and is perfect for roofing sealant, gutter leak sealant, metal roof sealant, and other general sealing needs.

How to Use:

• Safety Precautions: Use in well-ventilated areas with personal protective equipment. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during use.
• Surface Preparation: Clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, rust, and contaminants. Use solvent on non-porous surfaces; mechanically clean porous surfaces. Mask edges with self-adhesive tape.
• Application: Use bond breaker tape or backer rod to set joint depth and prevent three-sided adhesion. Cut the nozzle to desired bead size. Apply evenly with a professional caulking gun. Tool the joint before skin forms.
• Finishing: Remove masking tape immediately after tooling. Allow full cure.
  Cleaning: Remove uncured product with a damp sponge; cured product must be removed mechanically.
