Stanley Quick Bond Pro Construction Gun Foam Adhesive is a high-quality, ready-to-use polyurethane construction adhesive designed for quick and secure bonding of various construction materials, especially thermal insulation boards. This foam adhesive cures rapidly, with initial adhesion occurring within 60 seconds and a strong bond forming in just 5 minutes. As a spray adhesive for foam, it is ideal for both professional and DIY applications, providing a convenient solution for a variety of bonding needs. This foam insulation adhesive is designed to ensure excellent adhesion, filling capacity, and insulation, making it perfect for a wide range of projects.

Features & Benefits:

  • Rapid Curing: Initial adhesion within 60 seconds and strong bond in 5 minutes.
  • Single Component: Easy to use with no mixing required.
  • Time-Saving: Saves 30-40% time compared to other insulation methods.
  • Cost-Effective: Provides a 30-40% cost-saving advantage.
  • High Coverage: One can covers up to 151 ft² of heat insulation panels (EPS, XPS).
  • Strong Adhesion: Bonds securely to polystyrene heat insulating panels and other construction materials.
  • Non-Expanding: Once dried, the foaming adhesive does not expand further, avoiding structural damage.
  • Versatile Use: Suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
  • Weather Resistant: Exhibits remarkable resistance to various weather conditions.
  • Thermal Insulation: Prevents the formation of thermal bridges, enhancing energy efficiency.
  • Low-Temperature Application: Can be used in environments as cold as 21°F.
  • Durable: Mold proof, waterproof, and environmentally friendly.
  • Fire Resistance: Achieves a B3 fire rating according to DIN 4102-1.

Application Areas:

  • Insulation Boards: Mounting large insulation and finishing boards with foam board adhesive.
  • Structural Bonding: Bonding structural blocks of non-bearing interior walls.
  • Decorative Elements: Mounting decorative elements and stone or concrete products using adhesive for concrete and adhesive for stone.
  • Various Materials: Bonds concrete pavers, segmental retaining walls, columns, cast stone copings, landscape blocks, bricks, and more.
  • Polystyrene Boards: Effective for bonding polystyrene foam boards and other lightweight materials with adhesive spray for foam.
  • Precision Bonding: Suitable for applications requiring minimal expansion.

How to Use:

  • Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work station. Wear personal protective equipment. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling.
  • Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, rust, and other contaminants. Lightly moisten the working surface with water (temperature above 32°F) to enhance adhesion and shorten curing time.
  • Product Preparation: Bring the foam can to room temperature (68°F) if too hot or cold. Shake the can thoroughly before use. Attach the can to the applicator gun and hold it upside down.
  • Application: Apply the foam with the valve facing down. Handle the canister with the valve pointing downward to maintain effectiveness. Fill gaps starting from the bottom and work upwards, avoiding overfilling as the foam will expand.
  • Finishing: Once the foam has fully hardened, protect it from UV rays by covering with plaster or paint. To prevent the foam from drying in the applicator, use the entire can without pausing for more than 5 minutes between sprays.
  • Cleaning: Clean fresh foam with a foam cleaner. Remove cured foam mechanically.
