Stanley Ultra Performance Acrylic Caulk is a one-component, premium quality acrylic-based sealer. It is suitable for sealing low movement joints between construction materials such as brick, concrete, wood, drywalls, masonry and plasterboards. This acrylic sealant is permanently flexible, crack-proof, and easy to tool and clean with water. It conforms to the requirements of VOC content specifications in LEED credit EQc4, making it eco-friendly and ideal for both interior and exterior use. After curing, acrylic caulking becomes sandable, paintable, and waterproof.

Application Areas:

• Wall and Ceiling Cracks: Filling cracks in walls, plasters, and on ceilings. Also act as masonry caulk.
• Corner Joints and Cornices: Sealing corner joints and cornices.
• Window and Door Frames: Sealing window and door frames.
• Skirting Boards and Staircases: Sealing gaps in skirting boards and staircases.

How to Use:

• Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work station. Wear personal protective equipment. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, rust, and other contaminants. For non-porous surfaces, clean with a suitable solvent and dry thoroughly. For porous surfaces, mechanically clean with compressed air, sandpaper, or a hard brush. Mask off joint edges with self-adhesive tape to protect from contamination.
• Application: Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and apply the sealant evenly using a professional caulking gun. 
• Finishing: Tool the joint surface with a smoothing tool before skin formation to ensure full contact with the sides and backup material.
• Cleaning: Uncured product may be easily removed with a damp sponge. Cured product must be removed mechanically. Hands can be cleaned with warm water and soap.
