How to Use

• Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work area. Wear personal protective equipment. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking when using this product, and always wash hands after handling. Avoid mixing with other adhesives and follow MSDS guidelines for disposal.
• Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease. Mix the glue thoroughly before use. Do not add water.
• Application: Apply the glue using a mechanical glue spreader, brush, hand roller, or air-activated glue gun. Ensure good coverage.
• Pressure: Apply glue line pressure of 9-12 kg/cm² for hardwood. Increase press time for wood with higher moisture content.
• Drying: Allow 15-20 minutes for initial filming at 68°F. Full water resistance is achieved after 7 days.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 41°F and 77°F and protect from freezing.
