Akfix Multiseal Sealant is a versatile, all-weather adhesive sealant formulated with AST polymer, which combines the best properties of silicone and polyurethane. The universal-grade adhesive sealant is ideal for sealing and bonding a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, granite, ceramics, marble, porcelain, metals, PVC, glass, wood, and porous surfaces like concrete and brick.

How to Use

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. If needed, perform a preliminary compatibility test.
• Application Temperature: Apply between +41°F (5°C) and +104°F (40°C) using a caulking gun.
• Joint Dimensions: The minimum width and depth should be 5mm x 5mm. For best results, the width should be twice the depth.
• Smoothing: Smooth the sealant with a spatula within 5 minutes of application to ensure good contact with the substrate.
• Tape Use: Use adhesive tape for precise lines or clean edges. Remove the tape immediately after applying the product.
• Cleaning: Remove excess sealant from tools and surfaces with a solvent before it cures. Once hardened, the material can be removed mechanically.
