SPRAYMAN Fire Stop B2 Foam Sealant offers excellent sealing and insulation for extensive 'gap filler' and 'fireproof insulation' needs. Designed for easy application with a gun applicator, this polyurethane expanding foam provides superior control and yields unmatched coverage up to 14 gallons. It is ideally suited for sealing around electrical outlets and water pipes, featuring 'fire foam' and 'fire block spray foam' properties that are self-extinguishing, perfect for filling wide gaps. Environmentally friendly and containing no harmful propellants, this foam sealant also serves as a waterproof expandable foam sealant, mold-proof and over-paintable. Meeting stringent safety standards, it is compliant with ASTM E84201 and UL Classified (ICC-ESL-1058).

Application Guidelines:

• Safety Precautions: Contains Diphenylmethane-4,4'-Diisocyanate, posing potential health hazards if inhaled or upon contact with the skin. Always wear protective clothing and gloves during application.
• Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or rust to ensure optimal adhesion. Lightly moisten surface to improve foam expansion and adhesion.
• Optimal Conditions: Best applied at temperatures from +41°F to +86°F. Can should be at room temperature (+68°F) for optimal performance.
• Installation: Shake can vigorously before use, attach to the gun applicator, invert and dispense slowly. Start from the bottom of the gap and work upwards to avoid overfilling as the foam will expand.
• Curing and Finishing: Foam is tack-free within approximately 3-6 minutes and cures fully in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be trimmed, shaped, and sanded for precise adjustments. Requires immediate painting or covering to prevent UV damage.
