STANLEY Steel Adhesive - Quick Bonding. I needed to bond two pieces of aluminum "L" channel together to for a sliding door track were the protrusion of mechanical fasteners was not an option. Then adhere the track to the fiberglass bottom inside my boat. 1st sanded the aluminum surfaces to be bonded with 120 grit sandpaper, wiped them clean Proportioning and mixing was a no brainer with the well designed syringe that deliver equal amounts of resin and hardener The consistency after mixing was somewhere between peanut butter and maple syrup (a good thing). Color is lite grey after mixing so it was not that noticeable. Easily wiped up a little slop after spreading with a little acetone. So far holding up beautifly after a month of motor the vibration you get from an outboard motor. Good product that I will use again when needed

I ordered this STANLEY two-part epoxy adhesive to have in my shop to make household repairs. I have used several different brands of epoxy over the years, so I was curious how this Stanley brand would perform. Even though the description says that this product is "pale yellow", I found it to dry rather clear (which I prefer). I also like that it came with a little plastic mixing paddle. I usually just use a wooden popsicle stick, but this little paddle works better. The main reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the quality of the syringe, plungers, and cap is just OK. Other epoxy syringes I have used are more refined, work more smoothly, and have a better cap system to seal the epoxy syringe. This syringe does the job, but it's pretty basic. This product sets up in 5-10 minutes but takes a couple of days to fully cure to a totally hard epoxy plastic. I used it to repair a broken plastic part on my vacuum cleaner that holds the power cord. I scuffed the plastic with a rough file and even embedded some mesh material into the epoxy for strength across the crack. It may not look pretty, but the repair is solid and it beats having to buy a replacement part. Overall, this product worked well and the epoxy dried clear and strong. The value is OK, but not great compared to comparable .85 oz epoxy products.

This is a good two part epoxy. Easy to use, the dispenser ejects equal amounts of part A and B which you then thoroughly mix together and apply. You have a few minutes before the epoxy begins to harden. This is designed for a variety of materials and works well. I’ve had good success with this bonding aluminum and steel.

If you need a clear, quick, strong hold on a repair or build this is an easy to use option. The package is designed to release the equal parts of the epoxy at the proper rate. Just stir it well and spread it thinly. I’ve used it in several materials, but I like it best on hard surfaces. Sick as a broken figurine or cup handle. Used a disposable cup and stir stick and your cleanup will be as easy as letting it dry and adding to the trash. No messes.

Great epoxy for bonding metals together! Perfect for fixing stripped metal screw/nuts. I used this epoxy on a nut on a car armrest. It hold pretty well, finally able to attach the armrest again to the seat. Can't go wrong with a good brand. It's pretty quick drying, so you'll have to act fast once you mix them. I can see this used for multiple application

This adhesive works for so many different materials (or so the package claims). I have yet to use it on all of the surfaces suggested but the few I have tried have worked well. I like the syringe application as it makes it more precise and virtually no mess. Great stuff to have on hand when you need to repair something tricky.

This wasn't the most user-friendly syringe/plunger I have used as it wasn't as smooth as others that I have used in the past. However, this does work well and hold tightly when dry. I had a handle with a steel end on it that screwed into a steel edging blade that kept coming unscrewed on its own. So, I used a little of this on the threads and screwed both pieces tight and I no longer have to tighten up the threads as the adhesive is holding tight! This adhesive worked well, and very similar results compared to other brand adhesives that I have used in the past!
