How to Use:

• Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work station. Wear personal protective equipment. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust and grease. One of the substrates should be porous to ensure better curing. Slightly moisten the substrates to enhance adhesion.
• Application: Apply the PU adhesive with a brush as a thin film to one or both surfaces. Join the parts within 2 minutes. Press the elements together for at least 15-20 minutes to ensure a strong bond. Avoid using at temperatures below +41°F.
• Finishing: Ensure the adhesive is properly cured before subjecting the bonded materials to stress.
• Cleaning: Uncured adhesive can be cleaned with acetone. Once cured, the PU glue must be removed mechanically.
